FAST corner detector (with Ed Rosten)

This high speed interest point (corner) detector is based on considering pixels in a circular ring around the pixel of interest. A carefully chosen criterion allows the majority of non-corners to be rapidly rejected. The resulting algorithm can process VGA resolution images in a small number of milliseconds to produce very stable sets of interest points.
